‐ヴォンエルフ社が高い業務遂行能力を有するLEEDプロジェクトの執行者と認められる

2017年4月25日、株式会社ヴォンエルフは、GBCIによりLEED BD+C認証システムのLEED Proven Providerに指名されたことをここに発表します。

この制度は、LEEDプロジェクトの審査プロセスを効率化することを目的に、これまでのLEED認証において一貫して質の高い業務を提供してきたプロジェクト経験豊かな組織を指名するものです。

USGBC, GBCIのVice President Mr. Doug Gatlinは以下のように述べています。“高い品質の確保はLEED認証プロセスの根幹をなすものであり、ヴォンエルフ社は健康的で高性能な建物の普及促進のための専門知識を有していることが示された。Proven Providerの指名は、ヴォンエルフ社とGBCI、両組織の強いパートナーシップを表象するものであり、今後GBCIの厳格な認証プログラムの維持を可能にし、ヴォンエルフ社がクライアントに対してより迅速にLEEDプロジェクトを遂行する機会を与えることになる。”

ヴォンエルフ社には、新築ビル、インテリアスペース、既存ビル、エリア開発、戸建て・低層住宅など専門性ごとに設定されたLEED-AP（LEED認定プロフェッショナル）、WELL-AP（WELL認定プロフェッショナル）、SITES-AP（SITES認定プロフェッショナル）など、数多くの有資格者が在籍し、その多くのスタッフが日本における第一号取得者として同分野でのパイオニアなっています。今回、会社組織としてアジア初(*1)のBD+CのProven Provider に指名されたことをたいへん誇りに思うと同時に、引き続き質の高い仕事を遂行し、GBCIが手がけるすべてのプロダクト（GRESBを含む）の普及を勢いづけ、さらに牽引してゆけるよう努力していく所存です。

GBCIによれば、Proven Provider制度を通じて正確なプロジェクト申請を継続的に実施していく組織は、今後LEEDレビュアーとの接点が増やされると同時に、審査プロセスに必要な作業が最小化されます。また、高い業務実績を有する組織としてUSGBC（米国グリーンビルディング協会）に認識されるなど、非常に大きなベネフィットを得ていくことになると言われています。

Woonerf Inc Named LEED® Proven Provider™ by Green Business Certification Inc.

Status Acknowledges Woonerf Inc’s Role as High-Quality LEED Project Administrator

Tokyo Apr. 25th, 2017. Today, Woonerf Inc announced that the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) has designated Woonerf a LEED® Proven Provider™ for the LEED BD+C. This designation was developed to streamline the LEED project review process for experienced organizations that demonstrate consistent excellence in administering LEED projects.

“Quality is at the core of the LEED certification process, and Woonerf has exhibited expertise in helping to bring healthy, high-performing buildings to the market,” said Doug Gatlin, vice president of program delivery, USGBC and GBCI. “The LEED Proven Provider model represents a great partnership between Woonerf and GBCI, because it allows GBCI to maintain a rigorous certification program and gives Woonerf the opportunity to deliver LEED projects to its clients faster.”

According to GBCI, organizations that demonstrate and maintain high-quality project submissions through LEED Proven Provider receive significant benefits, such as greater access to a LEED reviewer, minimizing additional work during the project review process, and recognition from USGBC for their sustained track record of high-quality project submissions.
